Swelling builds through the day, so a morning measurement gives the truest ankle circumference.
Just above the ankle bone. Keep the tape snug but not tight enough to compress the skin.
Usually about 25cm below the knee. Stand with your weight evenly on both feet.
Graduated compression is calibrated at the ankle. If ankle and calf point to different sizes, call us on 01353 624624.
