This policy explains how Pebble UK handles personal data. It is written to meet UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
When you order: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number and order history. Card details are handled entirely by our payment provider — we never see or store them.
When you browse: cookies for basic site function and, only with your consent, analytics.
When you contact us: whatever you choose to tell us, including any health information you share to get fitting advice.
If you tell us about a medical condition so we can advise on compression level, that is special category data. We use it only to answer your question, we do not add it to a marketing profile, and we do not share it.
To fulfil your order (contract), to meet accounting obligations (legal duty), and — only if you opt in — to send marketing (consent). You can withdraw consent at any time.
Order records for seven years, as HMRC requires. Marketing preferences until you withdraw them. Enquiries for two years.
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or ask us to restrict it. Email sales@pebbleuk.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
We use essential cookies to keep your basket and session working — these cannot be switched off. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time.
