Returns & refunds

You may return any unworn, unwashed item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or removed from sealed packaging, unless the item is faulty.

1. Call or email us first — if the issue is fit, we can often identify the right size without you paying return postage twice.
2. Pack the item in its original packaging with your order number enclosed.
3. Send it to: Pebble UK Returns, Ely, Cambridgeshire. We recommend a tracked service; return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are processed within 3 working days of receipt, back to your original payment method.

Compression garments do wear out — most lose their effective compression after 3–6 months of daily wear, and that is normal rather than a fault. If a garment fails earlier than that, or arrives damaged, contact us and we will replace it at our cost.
