Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we email to confirm dispatch. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or was listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may decline the order and will refund you in full.
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged as set out on our Delivery details page. Payment is taken at checkout.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. We extend this to 30 days for unworn items. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept worn, washed or unsealed items unless faulty — this does not affect your statutory rights. See Returns & refunds.
Our garments are UKCA-graded medical devices. Guidance on this site is general information from experienced fitters — it is not a medical diagnosis and does not replace advice from your GP or specialist. Always consult a clinician before wearing compression if you have arterial disease, uncontrolled heart failure, diabetic neuropathy, or broken skin on the leg.
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
